2. Gemological Disclosure & Trademark Notice

We endeavor to present accurate product descriptions, carat weights, and pricing. Full Gemological Disclosure: All gemstones on caratspark.shop are explicitly disclosed as either laboratory-grown diamonds (chemically, physically, and optically identical to mined diamonds, synthesized via HPHT or CVD methods) or lab-created moissanites (silicon carbide crystals characterized by a superior refractive index). They are not earth-mined diamonds. Independent Fine Jewelry Brand Notice: Carat Spark is an independent fine jewelry retailer and brand. Carat Spark is not affiliated with, sponsored by, or endorsed by Tiffany & Co., Cartier, Michael Hill, Brilliant Earth, Hearts On Fire, or Charles & Colvard. 3. Fine Jewelry Care, Chemical Exposure & Daily Wear Notice

Care & Cleaning Instructions: Clean fine jewelry using warm water, mild soap, and a soft microfiber cloth. Do not expose fine jewelry settings to chlorine bleach, swimming pools, hot tubs, household abrasive cleaners, hand sanitizers, or heavy gymnasium weights where settings may warp. Periodic Maintenance: Fine metal prongs can shift or loosen under heavy mechanical impact. We recommend having your settings checked periodically by a professional bench jeweler. Carat Spark is not liable for stone loss, prong shear, or metal scratching resulting from rough handling, sports activities, or chemical exposure.
